【Students on campus only】[Workshop] CTR Writing Café
公開日 2025.03.12
The Center for Tourism Research (CTR) at Wakayama University has held several workshops for students and young researchers. It will hold a series of on-campus-only workshops on the theme of “Writing Academic Papers”.
Writing an academic paper is a core activity for presenting research outcomes. However, it involves technical aspects, and mastering them on your own is not easy. Even with the necessary knowledge, enhancing productivity can be challenging; this is the reason why Silvia (2019) recommended researchers establish a habit of writing at fixed times within one's routine and create/participate in supportive working groups. Therefore, the purpose of this event is to improve participants' productivity in academic writing by providing both (1) principles for academic writing, and (2) opportunities to develop writing habits.
This workshop will be held in the first quarter of 2025, Tuesdays, 1st and 2nd periods (8 sessions in total). Please refer to the schedule below for details.
There is no registration fee, but please register below to attend.
We look forward to the participation of our undergraduate and graduate students who are working on academic papers
