[Conference presentation] The 17th Japanese Association for Sport Management (JASM) Conference

The 17th Japanese Association for Sport Management (JASM) Conference was held at Kochi University of Technology from Friday, March 7 to Saturday, March 8, 2025. Dr. Ryutaro Yamakita, a full-time researcher at the Center for Tourism Research (CTR), participated in the conference.

Dr. Yamakita was a panelist at the 4th Skill Up Seminar, entitled “Career Paths and Job Satisfaction for Young Researchers,” which took place prior to the Opening Ceremony of the conference. From the perspective of a young researcher, he shared his thoughts on career paths and work environments in academia. The session included an active Q&A with nearly 70 attendees, resulting in engaging discussions.
