Wakayama Tourism Review Vol.7 Special Issue, 2026

The seventh volume of ‘Wakayama Tourism Review’, a collection of short communication articles published by Center for Tourism Research (CTR) has been published.

This special issue focuses on the various roles of tourism in the recovery, resilience, and regeneration of rural and peripheral areas.
It contains articles based on research presentations by Japanese and international researchers at the “Rural Tourism Conference in Shirahama,” held on November 19, 2024.

All articles are available online through the Wakayama University Academic Repository.
